We developed thisMammotion service policy to provide Mammotion users with efficient, fast, andconvenient services.
To ensure a smooth service process, pleasekeep Mammotion product purchase receipts, invoices, and other relevantdocuments as proof of purchase for future service inquiries. Pleasenote that only purchase receipts issued by Mammotion orMammotion authorized dealers are valid. All refunds, returns, and exchanges canonly be processed after the original product is received and inspected at ourlocal warehouse.
The original packaging provides the bestproduct protection, and improper packaging may void the warranty and be subjectto charges. Mammotion will cover the cost of return shipping caused by ourproduct quality during the warranty period. So we highly recommend that youkeep the original packaging box and packing materials of the product in caseyou need to return it for warranty service.

For in-stock products, we accept ordercancellation before the product is shipped or produced.For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before theproduct is shipped or production begins, subject to Mammotion’s instruction regarding specific pre-order products on the Mammotion Store.
If the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, no fees will be charged.
If the order is canceled after 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not been shippedout, please note that we will charge a transaction fee for the refund (3.8% forcredit card users, 3.49% for PayPal users, 3.8% for Klarna users).
We cannot cancel theorder if the product is already shipped out.
We accept product returns. Users have theright to request a return within 30 calendar days without providing reasons after product delivery, subject to the following return conditions.
Users can apply for a free return if the product is unopened, unactivated, or unused, and the packaging and accessoriesare intact within thirty (30) days of the valid proof of purchase, originalreceipt or invoice or delivery date (if the delivery date is later than thepurchase date).
Users can contact the Mammotion after-salesservice team to request a return and refund service if the product has a manufacturing defect or a problem caused by Mammotion within thirty days of purchase. We will bear the return shipping costs.
Please note that if users request a refund,we will charge a transaction fee (3.8% credit card users, 3.9% for PayPalusers, 5.9% for Afterpay users, 4.9% for Zippay users).
Please kindly contact our customer serviceteam at mammotiondm@gmail.com orusing the contact channels provided on the Mammotion Store to apply for return. Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible forreturn. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components and accessories are included in the original package.
After you have returned the product to ourwarehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded.
If you have not received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your creditcard company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mammotiondm@gmail.com.

Please note that the warranty period for the replacement under this section starts from the date of receipt of the original product by the customer. To ensure that the products you request replacement service are delivered in good condition, please note that all replaced products must be in the original packaging. Improper packing may void warranty and be subject to charge.
If you have requested an exchange, related fees and costs must be paid and received by Mammotion before new items are shipped.
Please note that once we have agreed to a replacement, customers are required to ship the product back within 14 calendar days as instructed. Failure to do so willbe deemed as a waiver of your right to the replacement.
Mammotion will not providereplacement service in any of the following circumstances:
The request for a replacement is submitted 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
Warranty Repair Service can be requested under specific conditions.
Users are instructed to contact MAMMOTIONor an authorized MAMMOTION dealer for detailed information.
This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights.
MAMMOTION will repair or replace products falling under the Limited Warranty at no cost.
